Terms & Conditions
I have the right to decline commission requests
I will only draw in my art style
Commissions might take weeks or months to finish (considering complexity, personal life, and workload)
Please send visual references or descriptions (pose, outfit, hair, color scheme, background and etc.)
Commissioned artworks are for your own personal use only. Additional fees will be applied if you intend to use my Art for content or merchandise.
I still have rights to the artwork so I can use it as a sample. I can also post it on my social media platforms (if you are comfortable with the idea).
You can post the artwork but don’t crop it or edit out the watermark. Make sure to credit the artist properly.
All paid and sent commission requests are final. Refunds are not allowed.
Workflow Process
For Digital Art
After submitting the google form, I'll dm you in your preferred chat platform for order confirmation. I'll ask for more references if needed. Then, I'll calculate the total fee.
The client must pay upfront (for Headshot type) or 50% down payment.
I will send the sketch once it's finished. In this stage, I will only accept 3 minimal revisions. There will be additional charges if it exceeds 3 revisions or major revisions.
Once the sketch is approved, the client must then pay the remaining balance.
Once the payment is received, I will start the commission and give updates on the progress (lineart, flat colors, etc.)
Once it’s finished, I will send a (very low quality) screenshot. The client can only ask for minimal revisions or small changes.
Finally, I will send the final artwork in google drive link or to your provided email address in .png format.
For Traditional Art
I will send an oc once we have settled the drawing details
Pay as you order (PAYO)! Make a deadline for payment (DOP) or paying half (downpayment) are ok with me but be warned that I won't start the drawing unless there's payment first.
Once paid, I'll work on the drawing and send updates
Once finished, I'll send a picture and we will set a meet up date and time. If you did a downpayment, please pay the remaining balance during Meet up.
Additional Notes
After I have told how much the payment would be (pre-sketch or post-sketch), you are required to pay within 24 hours.
If no payment has been made past 24 hours after reminding, I will drop the commission.
I have X/Twitter, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and Discord. I most preferably through Discord for quicker response. If not, then can be done through Facebook Messenger, X/Twitter, or Instagram as well!
